When you join TAiY, you are paired with a mentor from the TAiY collective. What makes the engagement different is not only who your mentor is, but how they work with you. Every engagement follows a structured sprint methodology, designed around your profile, your target schools, and your timeline. The process adapts to where you are starting from. The rigour does not.
Your mentor was personally admitted to programs like the ones you are targeting. They understand what admissions committees are looking for from the inside. But the methodology they follow was built to translate that knowledge into a process that works for every candidate, regardless of background, timeline, or starting point. Nothing is improvised. Every sprint has a defined objective, a minimum guaranteed call time, and a deliverable you leave with.

Early Entry, 3 sprints
We map your academic background, your professional experience, and your career ambitions. We assess your profile honestly and identify the programs that represent the strongest fit. You leave with a finalized school list of up to 4 programs and a positioning framework built around your specific story.
We build your narrative. What makes you different. Why you, why now, why this program. We develop a tailored angle for each school on your list. The essays, the CV, the recommendations all flow from this sprint. Nothing is templated.
We conduct a comprehensive review of your essays, your CV, and your recommendation strategy. We complete interview preparation together. You submit with confidence and walk into the interview room knowing exactly what to say and why.
Advanced Programs, 4 sprints
We go deep on your professional trajectory, your post-program ambitions, and the programs that serve them best. We build a school list of up to 6 programs matched to your profile, your goals, and your realistic positioning in each applicant pool.
We develop your core story and tailor the angle for each school on your list. Different programs want different things. We help you give each one exactly what it is looking for without losing the coherence of your overall narrative.
A comprehensive pass across your essays, your CV, and your recommendation strategy. We review everything. We push back where needed. We refine until it is right.
A final pass before you submit. We catch what you have stopped seeing. Interview preparation completed so you walk into every room ready.
We do not disappear between sprints.
Between sprints and all the way through to submission, you have direct and unlimited access to your mentor for questions, essay feedback, and gut checks. No ticketing system. No delayed responses. We treat your deadlines like our own.
